HOW TO APPLY
How to apply to a set up of a business in Dawei SEZ
1. Contact MIE for land quotation and business information. After
business type is permissible, the investor will sign the Reservation
Form. 2. Within 30 days, the Investor shall submit the
Investment Application to MIE for approval by Dawei SEZ Management
Committee The basic information in Investment Application contains the following information; - Location of the land and factory in the Dawei SEZ
- Water consumption plan
- Electricity consumption plan
- Building / Factory Construction plan and schedule
- Plan for installation of machinery and equipment
- Environmental Conservation and Prevention Plan (ECPP)
3. Once the Investment Application is approved by Dawei SEZ Management
Committee, MIE will facilitate the investor on the Company Registration,
Building Permit and other relevant permits (visas, stay permits, labor
registration cards for foreign and local employee, and etc.)
4. Upon the land transfer, the investor shall start the construction of
